Tawked (توكيد) is a Saudi OTP verification API: one request sends a code by SMS or WhatsApp to a Saudi mobile number, one request checks it. Built in Jeddah, billed only per delivered code.

Why we started
Wiring a Saudi app to a verification code was harder than it should be: global providers that don't understand the Saudi market, rejected sender names, and support that has never heard of the CST. So we built the platform we wished existed: one request per job, delivery over Saudi routes, and billing that never charges you for what didn't arrive.
How we work
A small team of engineers. We send through a licensed Saudi provider, review every application name by hand before it goes live, and answer support ourselves.
What we believe
Delivery above all
A code that doesn't arrive is a user who can't get in. We measure ourselves by delivery and verification rates, not feature count.
Pay for what arrives
Failed sends are refunded automatically. Our incentives are tied to your verification succeeding, not to your volume.
Simple APIs
One request per job: start and check for codes, one request per notification.
Saudi to the core
A platform for one destination: Saudi mobile numbers. The Kingdom's regulations are specs we build on, not obstacles to route around.

Tawked Notifications and Tawked Chat joined Tawked Verify: WhatsApp notifications from the customer's own number through Meta, now that Tawked is a Meta-approved Tech Provider, and a shared inbox for their team on the web and the phone.
