Connect the number in Notifications
Press Connect WhatsApp on your application's page in the Tawked console and pick your business and number in Meta's window. It takes about 10 minutes, and the inbox opens on the number once it is live.
Add the support team
From Chat, then Support team: name, Saudi mobile number and role, a Supervisor who sees every application or a Support agent who sees the ones you choose.
The member signs in with a code
The member opens chat.tawked.com or the Tawked Chat app on iPhone or Android, and signs in with their mobile number and an SMS code.
Add your menus and Radeef, if you like
From Chat, add Conversation menus for your own pages, and turn on Radeef to answer first and hand what needs a person to the team.

Do I need a new number?
No. Tawked connects your business's current number, even one on the WhatsApp Business app, and your team answers from it in Tawked Chat.
Does a team member need a Tawked account?
Their Saudi mobile number is enough. You add them to the support team by name and number, and they sign in to Tawked Chat with an SMS code.
How long does connecting take?
Connecting the number in Tawked Notifications takes about 10 minutes in Meta's window, and you add the team whenever you like. The inbox in Tawked Chat opens once the number is live.
Can I connect more than one number?
